Harry Potter rides a Royal Enfield motorcycle and sidecar combination in the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1. The movie comes out Nov. 19.
I am indebted to Mike Werner for this information, which appears on the blog Bikes In The Fast Lane. He even has a link to the trailer there, where you can see the motorcycle in action.

Cool! Wonder what does it says he rides in the book?
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't specify other than the side car in the book. Hagrid excellent taste in bikes. 8^} Of course you'll know Sirius Black lent him his Triumph to take wee Potter to the Dursley's to live. I assumed they would use the same bike for this. Glad they didn't though. 8^}

is that a double front disc brake????????
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't think so. It looks like a drilled pie plate to me. Thank you, Hollywood! After all, this motorcycle flies... it has to have some special equipment.
